ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS ARE LICENSED BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION


What are the hours of the program?


Our Child Care Centers are open Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Our School Age Before and After Programs open at 7:00 a.m. until school starts and after school until 6:00 p.m.  *hours may vary according to sight and requirement


Is there a family discount?


A discount of 10% applies to the second/third child.


What is the ratio?


  • Infants 1:3
  • Toddler 1:5
  • Preschool 1:8
  • Before & After School: Kindergarten 1:13
  • Before & After School: Grade 1 and up- to 12 years is 1:15


Is there a registration fee?


A non-refundable “one time” registration fee of $50/$30 for subsequent child is due upon confirmation of space. The $50.00 fee permits movement from one program or location to another, covers all children within a family.


What if I wish to withdraw my child?


We require a minimum of one month written notice to withdraw.  Notice must be give on or before the 1st of the month.


What food do your programs provide?


It is our goal that the children develop healthy life long eating habits. Weekly menus are posted in the Centre 


A morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack are provided for our full day programs.


A morning snack and afternoon snack is provided for before and after-school programs.


Please be advised that while we strive to have a nut free environment, we are unable to guarantee this.


Do you offer temporary care/emergency care?


We would be happy to provide emergency care if space is available in our programs and we have the necessary “paper work” from you.


Will you accept a child who is not toilet trained?


We will work with you on toilet training your child, please have a conversation with your child’s teacher so we can provide consistency around the “training” process.  Parents are required to provide diapers/pull-ups for their child.


Can I have a tour of the Centre/Home Care?

We encourage tours of our locations.  This gives parents an opportunity to see what the children are learning and how the staff interact with each child.
